We are honored that you have chosen to consider purchasing a product, program, service, or experience from us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us through our websites, landing pages, platforms, over the phone, via chat, at live events, retreats, masterminds, or in any other manner.

At Heaven Hanssens and our associated brands, including Bossladybizcoach, Kingdom Sales Academy, Born to Influence, VIP Experiences, challenges, events, retreats, digital programs, mentorship containers, and VIP programs & offers, we are committed to providing high-quality education, training, coaching, and transformational experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we have established the following policy to ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness.

All our educational and informational programs and services are aimed at helping you grow personally, professionally, spiritually, and in your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income level, business growth, or personal transformation. We are providing educational information, frameworks, mentorship, strategy, and support, not guarantees of results.

You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result. Any testimonials, examples, stories, or case studies shared are not guarantees of success and are provided solely as examples of what others have experienced.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, you may contact us at [email protected] for support inquiries only. Please note, however, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds on any of our products or services.

CHALLENGES, PROGRAMS, AND LIVE ONLINE EXPERIENCES REFUND POLICY

Unless a specific refund policy is clearly stated on the checkout page or sales page for a particular challenge or program, all challenge registrations, program enrollments, and live online experience purchases are final and non-refundable. Any refund eligibility, if offered, is conditional and subject to the specific written terms presented at the time of purchase. If no refund language is explicitly provided in writing, the purchase is non-refundable.

EVENTS, RETREATS, MASTERMINDS, AND LIVE EXPERIENCES

All purchases for live events, retreats, masterminds, VIP experiences, in-person programs, conferences, workshops, and live experiential offers are final and non-refundable. This includes tickets, deposits, payment plans, upgrades, add-ons, and premium VIP access tiers. No refunds will be issued for travel issues, scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, personal circumstances, weather, government restrictions, pandemics, acts of God, or any other events outside of our reasonable control.

VIP PROGRAMS AND PRIVATE CONTAINERS

All deposits made toward private mentorship containers, VIP programs, masterminds, retreats, and high-level coaching experiences are non-refundable. Unless explicitly stated in writing, deposits may not be transferred, refunded, or converted to other programs. All payments for VIP programs follow a strict no refunds, no cancellations, no chargebacks, and no exceptions policy.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and are contractual payment obligations. Failure to complete payments does not cancel the obligation. If any payments are not timely received, access may be revoked, the account may be suspended, and the remaining balance may become immediately due. No payments will be refunded.

If you use a third-party lender or financing provider, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and acknowledge that we provide no financial advice, have no relationship with any lender, and are not responsible for any lending terms, disputes, approvals, denials, or repayment obligations. Our refund policy remains unchanged regardless of financing method.

RECORDING, MEDIA, AND LIKENESS CONSENT

You agree that if you attend any event, program, challenge, retreat, or experience, whether live or online, you grant us permission to audio record, video record, livestream, photograph, and capture your participation. You grant us the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, audio, video, chat content, and recordings for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed, without compensation and without the right to review or approve the final product.

AFFILIATES AND THIRD-PARTY OFFERS

We make no representations of any kind as to the products or services of any of our affiliates, partners, or third parties. Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate, partner, or referral is subject to that party’s own terms, conditions, and policies.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy.
